Can I use other AI providers, such as Gemini, instead of ChatGPT, or use my own API key without subscribing to a service?
Yes. AIPAL DOCK is not limited to its built-in AIPAL DOCK Assistant.
We currently support major AI models and services, including ChatGPT/GPT and Gemini, and users can switch between available AI services or models based on their needs.
AIPAL DOCK also uses a hybrid architecture that combines on-device and cloud-based AI models. Tasks that can be handled by local models are processed on the device whenever possible. Cloud-based AI services, such as GPT or Gemini, are only used when more advanced reasoning, internet access, or higher-level model capabilities are required, which may incur corresponding cloud service costs.
Importantly, you can use all core AIPAL DOCK features without a membership subscription, including AI conversations and basic intelligent interactions. Membership plans are designed to provide additional capabilities and advanced features, rather than being a requirement for basic use.
We will also continue expanding support for more AI models and service providers to provide users with a more open and flexible AI experience.
Where are audio and text data processed—locally, on ZEEHOO servers, OpenAI, Google, or elsewhere?
AIPAL DOCK prioritizes on-device processing for audio and text data. Sensitive data, including voice recognition and real-time interactions, is designed to be processed locally by default rather than being uploaded to cloud or third-party servers.
The system uses on-device models to process data whenever possible, helping protect your privacy and data security. Only with user authorization may certain non-sensitive data be synchronized to the cloud or sent to external AI services, such as OpenAI or Google, to enhance capabilities and expand functionality.

How long does it usually take for AIPAL DOCK to ship?
AIPAL DOCK is currently available for pre-order. Once the first production batch is ready, we will begin shipping orders as soon as possible.
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the local shipping carrier.
I already have ChatGPT and Claude subscriptions. Do I need a separate subscription for the AIPAL DOCK app? I mainly want to use it for task management. Which subscription plan do you recommend?
Unfortunately, your existing ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions cannot be used directly within our app, as our product and app subscription system operate independently.
Since you mainly plan to use AIPAL DOCK for task management, we recommend choosing an app subscription plan based on the features you need and how frequently you plan to use the AI assistant.
